About this role
The team is seeking a Full Stack Developer with expertise in ReactJS and Java to join their dynamic team. This role involves individual contributions to the technical design, development, implementation, and support of application systems within a specific area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for small to mid-size IT projects or contribute to the SDLC for larger IT projects with minimal supervision.
- Implement application development best practices to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Maintain and troubleshoot application systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Document technical specifications and maintain project documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in ReactJS and Java is essential.
- Strong understanding of application development methodologies and SDLC.
- Experience with troubleshooting and maintaining application systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in full stack development.
