About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Team Lead – Full-Stack Development (AI-Native) to lead a team of engineers while remaining hands-on in software development. This role is critical in delivering scalable, high-performance applications and driving AI-first engineering practices. The successful candidate will mentor developers and ensure reliable, secure, and efficient product delivery across web, backend, cloud, and AI-enabled systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Full-Stack Developers, promoting engineering excellence and best practices.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Implement AI-driven solutions and ensure they are integrated seamlessly into existing systems.
- Oversee the deployment and monitoring of applications in cloud environments.
- Ensure code quality through best practices in testing, code reviews, and continuous integration.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in full-stack development technologies such as React, Node.js, and Python.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning frameworks.
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for technology.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
