About this role
The team is seeking a Full Stack Developer I to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with advisors to define solution designs, developing scalable and high-performing code, and ensuring code quality and security. You will lead code reviews, manage priorities, and facilitate cross-team communication. Additionally, you will act as a demo content owner, mentor junior developers, and support leadership and vendor teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Full Stack Developer Advisors to breakdown epics into capability and business features.
- Define solution designs and iterate with domain experts.
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable code across the full stack.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and security standards.
- Manage project priorities and timelines effectively.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on technical challenges.
- Support leadership in project planning and execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React).
- Strong experience with back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java).
- Familiarity with databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in full stack development.
