About this role
The team is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with expertise in React, React Native, Node.js, and MongoDB, preferably with experience in the Life Insurance domain. This role will involve building responsive web user interfaces and performant mobile applications, while ensuring a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build responsive web UIs using React and performant mobile apps using React Native, following component-driven architecture and reusable design patterns.
- Develop scalable Node.js REST/GraphQL APIs, design data models, and implement CRUD operations with MongoDB, including indexes and aggregation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure high-quality performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in React, React Native, Node.js, and MongoDB.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Experience with component-driven architecture and reusable design patterns.
- Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Experience:
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in full stack development.
