The team is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with other developers and product team members to craft production-ready features that prioritize quality from inception. You will engage with business analysts and product owners to clarify requirements and ensure alignment with project goals. Strong communication skills in English are essential as you will be involved in technical discussions with teams across Australia, Manila, and India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions.
- Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components of applications.
- Design solutions for modules and execute them effectively.
- Ensure the quality of code through testing and code reviews.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to system design.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
- Strong experience with back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java).
- Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in full stack development.
