About this role

The team is seeking a Full-Stack AI Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role is fully remote, with a preference for candidates based in Bengaluru, India, who can collaborate effectively with teams in the UK and US. The Full-Stack AI Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining AI-driven applications that enhance early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement AI algorithms and models to improve educational content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing platforms.
  • Build and maintain scalable web applications using front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in AI and web development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
  • Experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular) and back-end frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Django).
  • Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and database management systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on AI applications.
