In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient order fulfillment processes, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support to customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the order fulfillment process from start to finish.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding product specifications and availability.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of fulfillment processes and systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, or technical support roles.
- Strong understanding of electronic components and related technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using fulfillment and inventory management software.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
