About this role
The team is seeking a Frontend Tech Lead to oversee and guide the frontend development team. This role involves providing technical leadership, driving architectural decisions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and direction for the frontend development team, ensuring collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
- Drive scalable and maintainable frontend architecture with a component-driven approach.
- Ensure best practices in state management and UI consistency.
- Lead the development of responsive web and mobile applications using React.js and React Native.
- Deliver high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code while mentoring junior developers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with React.js and React Native.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in frontend development, with a focus on leadership roles.
