About this role
The team is seeking a Frontend Lead to develop and maintain frontend web applications. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, user-friendly web interfaces that meet the needs of our users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain frontend web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Ensure that the code is clean, reusable, and follows best practices and standards.
- Optimize web applications for speed, scalability, and security.
- Implement responsive and adaptive design to ensure compatibility with various screen sizes and devices.
- Utilize web accessibility guidelines and tools to ensure that web applications are accessible to all users.
- Collaborate with backend developers and designers to deliver cohesive and effective solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in frontend development and team leadership.
