About this role
The team is seeking a Freelance US IT Recruiter with a focus on Oracle, Cloud, AI, and niche skills. This is a commission-only position based in Trivandrum (Thiruvananthapuram), Kerala, allowing for remote work. The role requires alignment with US hours, particularly during EST/CST overlaps. This is a short-term contract engagement lasting 3 to 6 months, with the possibility of renewal based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit hard-to-find technology talent for the US market.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various IT roles.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in IT recruitment, specifically in the US market.
- Proven track record of sourcing candidates for Oracle, Cloud, AI, and niche technology roles.
- Strong understanding of the IT staffing industry and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
