The team is seeking a Freelance Salesforce SPM Consultant for a long-term remote engagement. This role involves collaborating with globally distributed engineering teams to build scalable fintech and enterprise-grade platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce and experience in project management within a technical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and optimization of Salesforce SPM solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices and innovative solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Analyze project performance metrics and report on progress to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant, specifically in SPM.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and its application in enterprise settings.
- Excellent project management skills and experience with agile methodologies.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in fintech or enterprise-grade product development is a plus.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Salesforce consulting and project management.
