About this role
The team is seeking a Founding Product Designer - UI/UX (Mobile & Web) who has a deep understanding of user behavior and product design. This role is pivotal in transforming initial concepts into user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing products for both mobile and web platforms. The position is available for candidates in Bengaluru or those preferring to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging and intuitive user interfaces for iOS, Android, and web applications.
- Convert rough ideas into clear user flows and seamless experiences.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Anticipate user actions and design accordingly to enhance usability.
- Collaborate closely with the founding team to iterate on design concepts based on feedback and user testing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Ability to think critically and creatively to solve design challenges.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and decisions.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in product design, particularly in mobile and web applications.
