About this role
The team is seeking a Founding Member, Senior AI & Application Security Specialist to join their team in the Delhi NCR region in a hybrid work model. In this pivotal role, you will help shape the strategy, standards, and security practices that enable the safe adoption of AI across the organization. This hands-on position focuses on securing AI-enabled applications, agents, RAG architectures, MCP/tool integrations, models, APIs, and cloud services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security strategies for AI applications and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the security of AI models and data.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability assessments on AI-enabled applications.
- Establish and maintain security standards and best practices for AI technologies.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents related to AI applications.
- Provide guidance and training on AI security practices to team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in application security, with a focus on AI technologies.
- Strong knowledge of AI architectures, machine learning models, and cloud security.
- Proficiency in security tools and frameworks relevant to AI applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or similar) are a plus.
