About this role
The team is reimagining how users interact with SaaS products and is seeking a Founding Full Stack Engineer to build the first version from the ground up. You will collaborate closely with a founder who has significant experience at companies like HubSpot, Asana, and Datadog.
In this role, you will:
- Shape the product vision and strategy alongside the founder.
- Prototype quickly and iterate based on user feedback.
- Make critical architecture decisions to ensure scalability and performance.
- Analyze user problems and design solutions that enhance user experience.
- Develop both frontend and backend components to create a cohesive product.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Strong experience in frontend technologies such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Proficiency in backend frameworks and languages such as Node.js, Python, or Ruby on Rails.
- Solid understanding of database management systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Familiarity with cloud services like AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a user-centric design approach.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
We are looking for candidates with 5-8 years of relevant experience in full stack development, ideally in a startup environment or in roles that required building products from scratch.
