The team is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to join their Applied AI organization. This role is focused on accelerating AI adoption within strategic enterprise customers through direct engagement and collaboration. The successful candidate will be responsible for piloting AI use cases, addressing real-world business challenges, and operationalizing advanced AI capabilities within enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with enterprise customers to identify and prioritize AI use cases.
- Design and implement AI/ML solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Conduct pilots and experiments to validate AI applications in real business scenarios.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers during the implementation phase.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows.
- Continuously evaluate and improve AI models and processes based on customer feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong background in AI/ML technologies and frameworks.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders.
- Experience in a customer-facing role is highly desirable.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in AI/ML engineering or a related field.
