About this role
The team is seeking a Forms Application Support Engineer to join their team. This role is essential for supporting the document and forms-generation components of the AtClose platform. The ideal candidate will focus on form templates, document generation, document mapping, data population, barcodes, document configuration, and troubleshooting issues affecting generated closing and title documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the forms and document generation processes within the AtClose platform.
- Collaborate with L1/L2 Support, Development, QA, Product, and Business teams to resolve issues.
- Manage form templates and ensure accurate document mapping and data population.
- Configure documents and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the generation process.
- Maintain and improve the efficiency of the document generation workflow.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in application support or a related field.
- Strong understanding of document generation processes and form templates.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Familiarity with working in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
