The team is seeking a Fleet Manager with a strong background in .Net programming and Azure technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing fleet operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance, and managing a team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize fleet operations to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies for fleet maintenance and management.
- Utilize .Net programming skills to enhance operational systems and processes.
- Ensure a good understanding of Azure fundamentals and implement basic Azure security measures.
- Oversee the management of Azure SQL server for data handling and reporting.
- Lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular updates on fleet performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with .Net programming.
- Good understanding of Azure fundamentals and basic Azure security.
- Familiarity with Azure SQL server.
- Strong ability to handle pressure and work independently.
- Excellent communication and articulation skills.
- Proven experience in team management and leadership.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in fleet management or a related field.
