The team is seeking an experienced Finance Techno-Functional Consultant specializing in Oracle EBS. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong functional knowledge of Oracle Financial modules combined with hands-on technical expertise in Oracle EBS. The candidate will be responsible for supporting, enhancing, and implementing Oracle Financial solutions while bridging the gap between business finance users and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements from finance users and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide functional and technical support for Oracle Financial modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
- Conduct user training and create documentation to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Stay updated on Oracle EBS enhancements and best practices to recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Oracle EBS Financial modules.
- Technical expertise in Oracle EBS, including configurations and customizations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise between finance and technical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a techno-functional role with Oracle EBS.
