The team is seeking a skilled Filenet Developer to join their team. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and deploy FileNet solutions using a variety of tools, including ECM, DataCap, and IBM FileNet P8. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions within deadlines. Additionally, you will stay informed about industry trends and best practices in document management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement FileNet solutions tailored to client needs.
- Develop and test applications using IBM FileNet (P8) and related technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Stay updated on advancements in document management technologies and methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7-12 years of experience in developing applications using IBM FileNet (P8) or similar technologies.
- Proficiency in ECM and DataCap tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
