We are looking for an Executive – Data Analyst to join our Procurement team and support decision-making through data analysis and insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze procurement data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide data-driven insights.
- Support strategic sourcing initiatives by providing analytical support and recommendations.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across various procurement systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Experience in procurement or supply chain analytics is a plus.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or a related field, preferably within a procurement or supply chain environment.
