The team is seeking an EUC Onsite Support Engineer to provide essential support for desktop and network environments on a dispatch/freelance basis across multiple locations in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic settings and can deliver timely technical assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, and network devices.
- Install and configure Windows operating systems on various devices.
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain software applications.
- Set up and replace desktops, laptops, monitors, keyboards, and other peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and user experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in desktop support, EUC, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and software applications.
- Familiarity with hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT support or a similar role.
