We are looking for an experienced ETL Developer Lead to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
- Lead a team of ETL developers, providing guidance and support in their tasks.

- Monitor and optimize ETL processes for performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and ETL workflows.
- Stay updated with the latest ETL technologies and best practices to enhance the team's capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or Apache NiFi.
- Proficiency in SQL and database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience:
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in ETL development and data integration.
