About this role
The team is seeking an experienced ETL Developer with a strong background in Informatica to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes to support data integration and data warehousing initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure data quality and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter.
- Collaborate with data architects and business analysts to gather and analyze data requirements.
- Optimize ETL workflows for performance and efficiency.
- Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs, ensuring timely data delivery.
- Maintain documentation for ETL processes and data flows.
- Participate in data modeling and database design activities.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter and ETL development.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
- Experience with data quality and data profiling tools.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell scripting) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in ETL development, with a focus on Informatica.
