About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Essbase & Data Services Support Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Essbase and SQL Server Database Administration, along with a passion for providing top-notch support in data services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support for Oracle Essbase and Hyperion Planning, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Administer SQL Server databases, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Perform SQL performance tuning and optimization to enhance system efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
- Document processes, procedures, and system configurations for future reference.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of overall IT experience, with a focus on data services and support.
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Essbase and Hyperion Planning support.
- Proficient in SQL Server Database Administration, including performance tuning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- 5-8 years of relevant experience in IT and data services support.
