The team is seeking an experienced ERP Specialist Advisor to join their dynamic team in Karnataka, India. This role is ideal for individuals who are innovative, passionate, and eager to contribute to a forward-thinking organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance on Oracle Fusion Financials, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, and more.
- Analyze and optimize financial processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ERP solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to facilitate smooth adoption of ERP systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to ERP functionalities and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Strong knowledge of financial modules including SLA, Expenses, Tax, and Budgetary Control.
- Proven experience in ERP implementation and optimization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in a relevant ERP advisory role, particularly focusing on financial systems.
