The team is seeking an ERP Specialist Advisor to join their dynamic team in Hyderabad, Telangana. This role is essential for driving the extraction, transformation, loading, and reconciliation of HCM, Core HR, and Payroll data for a divested business unit. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes for HCM, Core HR, and Payroll data.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity during reconciliation processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Provide expertise in ERP systems and best practices for data management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues promptly.
- Maintain documentation of processes and data flows for compliance and training purposes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in ERP systems, with a focus on HCM, Core HR, and Payroll.
- Strong understanding of ETL processes and data management.
- Proficiency in relevant ERP software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
