About this role
The team is seeking an experienced ERP Project Lead to oversee the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or other Microsoft ERP solutions. This role requires a strong leader who can bridge the gap between technology and business, ensuring seamless integration of the ERP system with online sales platforms, inventory systems, and order management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Ensure effective integration of ERP systems with existing business processes and technologies.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of the ERP system.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project alignment and transparency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing ERP projects, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP solutions.
- Strong understanding of business processes related to sales, inventory, and order management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in ERP project management or related fields.
