The team is seeking an EPM Tech Lead to join their team in Guindy, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The EPM Tech Lead will be responsible for the implementation of financial planning, reporting, consolidation, and closing processes using Onestream software. This role is crucial for delivering effective solutions to stakeholders within the finance department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of Onestream software for financial processes.
- Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Oversee the integration of financial data and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the finance team during the implementation phase.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Onestream software.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in EPM technology and Onestream features.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in implementing Onestream software for financial processes.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, reporting, and consolidation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in EPM solutions and financial software implementation.
