This role involves working closely with a team under the guidance of a senior manager to achieve project objectives and deliverables. The ideal candidate will champion the project within the team, ensuring excellence and supporting the personal development of team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to define clear expectations and project goals.
- Champion project initiatives and maintain a high standard of quality in deliverables.
- Keep team members and stakeholders informed of key developments, issues, and risks.
- Report project and personnel escalations in a timely manner.
- Provide mentorship and support for team members' professional growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in cloud architecture, particularly with Azure.
- Proficiency in SRE and Performance Engineering principles.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in technical architecture or related fields, with a focus on cloud technologies.
