About this role

The team is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director specializing in SAP to lead their sales efforts in the mid-market sector. This role is pivotal as it is the first quota-carrying leadership position within the practice, and the successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the revenue target, ensuring quarterly and annual bookings are met.
  • Drive new logo acquisition and expand the team base within the mid-market segment.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of selling ERP solutions, particularly SAP, to mid-market buyers.
  • Experience with other ERP solutions such as NetSuite, Oracle Cloud ERP, Dynamics 365, Infor, Acumatica, or Workday Financials is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years in enterprise sales, with a focus on ERP solutions.
