The team is seeking an Enterprise Resource Planning Specialist to join their dynamic team in Bangalore, Karnataka. This role is ideal for individuals who are innovative and passionate about driving organizational success through effective resource planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and support Oracle EBS with a focus on Human Capital Management (HCM) modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for ERP solutions and ensure alignment with business processes.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and create documentation for system processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ERP functionalities and provide ongoing support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Oracle EBS Functional Specialist, specifically in HCM modules.
- Strong understanding of ERP principles and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications in Oracle EBS or related ERP systems are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in ERP implementation and support, particularly with Oracle EBS.
