The team is seeking an experienced Enterprise Resource Planning Advisor to join their team in Bangalore, Karnataka. This role involves providing functional leadership and expertise in Workday Payroll systems to enhance organizational efficiency and support business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance on Workday Payroll functionalities and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll processes.
- Analyze and troubleshoot payroll issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance system utilization.
- Assist in system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to payroll processes and system configurations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in Enterprise Resource Planning, specifically with Workday Payroll.
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
