About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Architect with expertise in Snowflake and Databricks to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and scaling modern data solutions, including ETL/ELT pipelines, data lakes, and data warehouses across multiple major cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and scale modern data solutions across platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Define standard patterns for integrating operational application layers with analytical data systems.
- Maintain a hybrid approach by being hands-on with architecture blueprints, system design, prototyping, and conducting high-impact code reviews.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Snowflake and Databricks.
- Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as BigQuery and Microsoft Fabric.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in data architecture or related fields.
