About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Enterprise Coach to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in guiding and transforming the organization’s approach to agile methodologies and practices. The Enterprise Coach will work closely with leadership and teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to define and implement an agile transformation strategy.
- Coach teams and individuals on agile principles, frameworks, and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching engagements to enhance team performance and collaboration.
- Assess the current state of agile maturity and develop tailored improvement plans.
- Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and transparency across the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Coach or in a similar coaching role within large organizations.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, frameworks, and practices.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and inspire change at all levels of the organization.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF, SAFe) are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in coaching or consulting roles focused on agile transformations.
