About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join their team remotely in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business-oriented architecture and stakeholder management, with the ability to work across various technology stacks. This role requires a focus on enterprise architecture, with a preference for candidates familiar with TOGAF.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and align them with architectural strategies.
- Develop and maintain enterprise architecture roadmaps and blueprints.
- Identify and map business capabilities to the value chain, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance and support in the implementation of architectural solutions across the organization.
- Facilitate discussions and workshops to promote architectural best practices and standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in enterprise architecture, with a minimum of 10 years in a relevant role.
- Strong understanding of TOGAF and its application in enterprise architecture.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work with diverse technology stacks and adapt to changing business requirements.
- Experience in building architecture roadmaps and business capability mapping.
