About this role
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead architectural design and strategic technology initiatives across our Finance, People & Culture (P&C), Legal, Procurement, and Facility Management domains. The role is responsible for defining and implementing enterprise architecture solutions that support financial operations, HR processes, legal compliance, procurement activities, and facility operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design of enterprise solutions that align with business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into architectural specifications.
- Develop and maintain architectural standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
- Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee the integration of various systems and applications within the enterprise architecture framework.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement, and Facility Management.
- Strong knowledge of architectural frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, particularly AWS or Azure.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions to complex problems.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in enterprise architecture or a related field.
