About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead app modernization initiatives combined with cloud migration strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing cloud solutions, particularly in GCP, and will play a pivotal role in driving the architectural vision for multi-cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end GCP target infrastructure design for multi-cloud migrations, focusing on hybrid networking, IAM, storage, and security perimeters.
- Own the GCP security architecture, including GKE, IAM, VPC Service Controls, and Security Command Center, while leading hands-on vulnerability remediation efforts.
- Establish enterprise blueprints and governance frameworks using TOGAF principles; chair Architecture Decision Review (ADR) boards and conduct Design Architecture Review (DAR) trade-off evaluations against AWS and Azure.
- Map legacy AWS/Azure architectures to modern cloud solutions, ensuring seamless integration and migration processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cloud architecture, particularly with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, and Azure.
- Strong knowledge of security best practices and frameworks in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with TOGAF principles and experience in governance and architecture decision-making.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in enterprise architecture and cloud solutions.
