About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Enterprise AI Engineer specializing in HCM and Payroll Platforms. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing AI-driven solutions that enhance the team HR, payroll, and benefits offerings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the technology meets the evolving needs of businesses and their employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop AI models and algorithms tailored for HCM and payroll applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Integrate AI solutions with existing platforms and ensure seamless functionality.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, making adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning, applying this knowledge to improve product offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in AI/ML development, particularly in HCM and payroll systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or R.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in AI engineering or a similar role.
