Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing engineering teams, particularly in trading or financial technology.
- Strong knowledge of low-latency systems and high-performance computing.
- Proficiency in distributed computing technologies and trading systems architecture.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in engineering management or a similar role, with a focus on trading systems.
