We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager Software Development to establish, lead, and scale a high-performing software engineering team responsible for developing and supporting enterprise-grade scientific and workflow-driven software solutions. Key Responsibilities:

- Ability to make architectural decisions and guide technical direction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in software development and engineering management roles.
