The team is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead their Over-The-Air (OTA) software development team. This role is crucial for driving innovation and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions in the automotive sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software engineering and team management, specifically in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of OTA technologies and protocols.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, particularly AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
