The team is seeking an Engineering Manager for their MLOps Platform Team. In this role, you will lead a high-impact team responsible for building and maintaining machine learning operations platforms that enhance the efficiency and scalability of their SaaS solutions. You will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and fostering innovation within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers in the development of MLOps platforms.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of machine learning workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Drive the adoption of AI and cloud technologies to enhance product offerings.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions to meet customer needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing engineering teams, preferably in a software development environment.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning concepts and MLOps practices.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or Java.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in engineering management or a similar role.
