Engineering Manager (Fullstack)

The team is seeking an experienced and passionate Engineering Manager to lead a team of Fullstack Engineers responsible for building and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications and platforms that serve both internal teams and external partners.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers while driving the successful delivery of enterprise-grade SaaS products and platform capabilities. You will partner closely with Product Management, Design, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Fullstack Engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications.
• Ensure high-quality code through code reviews, testing, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring successful completion of projects.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within software engineering, preferably in a fullstack environment.
• Strong proficiency in technologies such as JavaScript, React, Node.js, and cloud services like AWS.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
