Engineering Manager, Frontend

The team is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead their Frontend Product engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery, quality, and growth of a team of 6–10 engineers who are dedicated to building exceptional product experiences for customers. This is a hands-off-keyboard leadership position that emphasizes people management, technical direction, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Define and drive the technical vision and strategy for frontend development.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other engineering teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to guide the team effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in frontend development with a strong understanding of modern web technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Prior experience in a leadership role, managing engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in software engineering and team management.
