You will be responsible for guiding the team through the development process, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and aligning engineering efforts with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new features and enhancements for the Flash Blade product.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and engineering processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in engineering management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong technical background in software engineering, with experience in data storage technologies preferred.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages and technologies.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation.
Experience: 5-8 years in engineering management or related roles.
