The team is seeking an Engineering Manager to join their dynamic team in Mumbai within the Fintech sector. In this role, you will act as the bridge between complex technical architecture and meaningful business growth, responsible for scaling the embedded finance platform to an enterprise-grade level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural discussions and conduct high-quality code reviews to ensure technical excellence.
- Manage a high-velocity team through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Ensure predictable delivery of projects while focusing on long-term system scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in engineering management within the Fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles.
- Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks relevant to the tech stack.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in engineering management or a similar role.
