About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to oversee project planning and execution. In this role, you will be responsible for developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation, and coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. You will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed project plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for project execution.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while adhering to budget constraints.
- Lead project teams, manage their performance, and provide direction.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Identify and manage project risks and stakeholder expectations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in engineering management or a related field.
