About this role
The team is seeking an Engineering Manager to provide technical leadership and vision to a team of engineers. In this role, you will guide the team in designing, delivering, and supporting robust APIs and back-end services. You will collaborate closely with product management, business development teams, and other cross-functional teams to iteratively design, develop, and validate outcome-driven technology solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a technical leadership role, preferably as an Engineering Manager.
- Strong background in API design and back-end service development.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies and iterative development processes.
- Ability to mentor and develop engineering talent.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in engineering management or a similar role.
