The team is a leading infrastructure provider of digital asset solutions, focused on enabling clients to securely navigate the digital asset space. We are seeking an Engineering Manager for our Ecosystem team to lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions in the digital asset domain.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of engineers to design, develop, and maintain ecosystem products and services.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Driving the technical vision and strategy for ecosystem initiatives.
- Mentoring and developing engineering talent within the team.
- Ensuring adherence to best practices in software development and project management.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong experience in software engineering and architecture, preferably within the financial technology or digital asset sectors.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with blockchain technology and digital asset solutions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage teams effectively.
- Experience with cloud services such as AWS or Azure.
Experience required: 5-8 years in software engineering and team management.
