The team is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead their technology teams in developing innovative health solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and a passion for improving consumer health through technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborate with product management and design teams to define and implement product roadmaps.
- Ensure best practices in software development, including code reviews and testing protocols.
- Mentor and develop engineering talent within the organization.
- Oversee project timelines and resource allocation to meet business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software engineering and team management.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and data management.
- Familiarity with health technology and e-commerce operations is a plus.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in engineering roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
